Our Return Policy

At Bird'sTees and More, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items, customized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at birdstees26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at birdstees26@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
